Bill Fox should pretty much definitely be mentioned alongside the Westerbergs and Pollards of the world, but instead he went into seclusion and now he’s more or less only mentioned when people talk about that amazing Believer piece a few years back (that McSweeney’s has apparently refused to put online in favor of, among other things, what I’m sure is a totally awesome and unique Kevin Barnes interview in the same issue).
