My friend Tom started a Simpsons screenshot blog recently.
The blog is called Dogs With Bees In Their Mouths. As someone who keeps a watchful eye on these sorts of things, I feel comfortable saying DWBITM is breathing fresh air into the Simpsons screenshot blog community. His taste runs towards that of what originally made pioneer Simpsons screenshot blog Eye On Springfield great: Weird split-second sequences that aren’t specific jokes, but which remind us all that the animation on the Simpsons used to be really funny and now it isn’t anymore.
Eye On Springfield repeats itself very often, and Tom’s karaoke song of choice is “Nothing Compares 2 U.” He’s really good at both karaoke and Simpsons screenshots. Pending another couple of weeks of this level of quality, I see no reason not to call him the new Simpsons screenshot blog king.
