The Frogs were probably the funniest musical group, and now Dennis Flemion has presumably drowned.

The Frogs are probably at least partially responsible for the awful proliferation of people saying unseemly things backed by wholesome acoustic guitar, but the delivery of “Where ya goin’ man?” and “I’ll do your dope” in this song is one of those flatly, elegantly funny things that you’d have to be a fool to try and ape.

The Frogs have an album called My Daughter the Broad. When I was younger, I thought Turbonegro’s Apocalypse Dudes was the best album title of all time, but now I am an adult, I pay taxes and I think My Daughter the Broad is the best album title of all time.
