Fela Kuti and Ginger Baker - Ye Ye Smell

Fela Kuti made a record with Ginger Baker. It’s a live album and since Tony Allen was still in the band it sounds more or less like any old Fela Kuti album, but Fela Kuti still made a record with Ginger Baker. In addition to this pretty good song there’s also a seventeen-minute Baker/Allen drum solo that might be the only long drum solo I’ve ever listened to more than once.
