Hamilton Bohannon - Foot Stompin’ Music

Certainly a high point of disco-funk, but I mostly posted this because of the weird footage of Andy Warhol flipping cards (that appear to be blank?) a la Bob Dylan.

Interesting tie-in with my previous post about the deceased cat: My friend Casey named his cat Bohannon after Hamilton. As cats do, Bohannon passed away a couple of years ago. If you ever find yourself at a bar in Boston called Deep Ellum, there is a memorial for the cat in the form dry gin-based drink on the menu called the Bohannon.
